The studio
Bannerz provides custom design and development services: ImGui design, ImGui source, web design, web development, and brand systems.
Quotes and deposits
Listed prices are ranges, not fixed bids. A deposit holds a slot and is applied to the final amount. Work beyond the listed ceiling is quoted separately. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery is digital: source, design files, or a deployed site, as agreed in the brief. Timelines are estimates until a scope is written down. You are responsible for providing assets, access, and feedback without unreasonable delay.
Intellectual property
Until the agreed fee is paid in full, Bannerz retains the work. After payment, you receive a license to use the delivered files for the product named in the brief. Reuse as a template for unrelated products, resale of the source, or claiming the studio's unpublished process as your own is not included.
Acceptable use
- Do not commission work whose purpose is to bypass security, attack a system, or infringe another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt this website.
- Do not submit payment-card details through the contact form.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bannerz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the delivered work. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
